Monday - Friday (Daytime):

$400 - 4 hours daytime.
$600 - 5-8 hours daytime.

$1,500 - 8 hours 2:00 pm 10:00 pm.
Friday Evening:  $2,300 - 8 hours, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Saturday (Daytime): $2,700 - 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Saturday (Evening): $3,000 - 8 Hours, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
Sunday (anytime): $2,500 - 8 Hours, must be over by 8:00 pm.
All Day on Friday: $3,000 - 12 hours.
All Day on Saturday: $3,600 - 12 hours.
Weekend Package 1: $4,500 - Time Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday at noon. - no overnight rooms.
Weekend Package 2: $6,500 to rent entire facility for the weekend with overnight rooms.  Friday & Saturday event facility plus 10 overnight rooms.  Effective times Friday at 3:00 pm to Sunday at 12:00 pm.

Weekend Package 1:   For private facility or retreat 
$4,500 to rent entire facility for the weekend.  Effective times Friday at 3:00 p.m to Sunday at 12:00 p.m. 

Weekend Package 2:   For private facility or retreat:
$6,500 to rent entire facility for the weekend with overnight rooms.  Friday & Saturday event facility plus 10 overnight rooms.  Effective times Friday at 3:00 p.m. to Sunday at 12:00 p.m.   Includes 9 upstairs rooms and 1 main floor room.

Event Facilities used outside of times listed on contract are billed at $400 per hour after contract event time ends.  Please be exact on contract times and intentions for event space or extra time will be billed.  Approximate number of people must be known for each event.  Approval needed for outside caterers.

*All facility only rentals include facility on main floor, Garden Room, Garden Area, 12 round tables, up to 80 chairs, and 4 banquet tables, and 20 x 20 High Peak Tent

Facility Only/Sara's Inn will provide the following:
1.  Garden Room and Garden Area; and
2.  12 Tables; 5  60" round and 7  48" round; and
3.  Up to 80 white wooden padded folding chairs; and
4.  4  6ft banquet tables; and
5.  One 6ft bar; and
6.  20 x 20 High Peak Tent, no sides or lighting.

Effective Times (includes setup and cleanup times)

Daytime:  10:
30 am to 6:30 p.m.  Doors open at 10:30 a.m. for setup and doors are locked at 6:30 p.m.  The property must be cleaned up and everyone departed from property by 6:30 p.m.  Extra time billed for vendors or parties that arrive early or depart later than specified on contract.

Nighttime:  3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Doors open at 3:00 p.m. for setup and doors are locked at 11:00 p.m.  The property must be cleaned up and everyone departed from property by 11:00p.m.  Extra time billed for vendors or parties that arrive early or depart later than specified on contract.

General Information and Policies:

Kitchen Facilities
:  There is not a commercial kitchen available, however a kitchen is available for the caterer for staging/light prep work.  Generally when the facility is rented, we assume your caterer will prepare the food in an off-site commercial kitchen and bring in ready to serve.  Caterer must bring in all necessary items, no items in Sara's Inn kitchen are available for use other than sink, refrigerator, stove top, oven and microwave.  Your caterer may arrive at the start of your event rental time and must depart at the end of event rental time.  If extra time is needed please view extra time charges.

Decorating and Discarding:  Once you have rented the space it may be decorated as you like as long as it does not damage any of the structure inside or out.  No nails, staples, paint, etc.  No glitter, confetti, rice or birdseed.  You are responsible for removing all decorations during your rental/clean-up time.  All decorations must be discarded and either removed or place in two commercial trash receptacles provided.  All items that do not fit into the two trash receptacles must be removed from premises i.e. boxes and excess.

Parking:  Parking is available on the street, or you may choose to hire a valet service.  

Clean-Up:  Sara's Inn will provide a clean, well-maintained event space, and requests that the facility be returned to this same condition when vacated by the Client, caterers, contractors and vendors at the end of event time.  At conclusion of event time, the on-site manager will do a post-event walk through of the facility and follow a post-event checklist.  Any damages, spills or problems that occurred during the event will be noted at that time.  Any required repairs or cleaning would be billed to the Client, or subtracted from the damage deposit.  If your event requires extraordinary cleanup, you will be assess a cleaning fee which will be subtracted from damage deposit.  Assuming no damage is found, your damage deposit will be mailed back to you within two weeks.

Event Time:  The specific times for rental are listed above and in contract.  Extra event time is at a rate of $250 per hour before event time stated in contract, and $400 per hour after contracted event time.  If contractors vendors, caterers, guests, client arrive before event time starts you will be billed at $250 per hour, if anyone departs premises after contracted event time you will be billed at $400 per hour.  All fractional hours are billed as one hour.

Staff:  Sara's Inn will have one staff member on-site during your event time, based on an eight hour rental period.  If you book the weekend package the staff member will only be during one eight hour time period.  They are available to answer questions, not to set up your event.  They will be available to answer any questions you have and watch over the facility during the event.  Additional staff members may be hired at a rate of $30 per hour to assist you during your set up, event time and clean up time if needed.

Caterer:  Your caterer must be pre-approved by Sara's Inn in advance of event.  All caterer's must submit licensing and insurance to Sara's in advance.  Food from an uninsured and unlicensed source is not allowed.  All food preparation must be prepared in a licensed off site facility.  Sara's Inn kitchen may be used for staging and light preparation only.  

Alcohol:  Alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bar service recommended by Sara's.  Two off duty police officers must be hired if serving alcohol recommended by Sara's.

Outside Catering Fee: $250.00 per event
