Policies

Please call our toll-free reservation line at (800) 593-1130 anytime between 8 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. seven (7) days a week.  Or if you are in the Houston area, please call us at (713) 868-1130. You can also reach us at stay@saras.com.   At times we are out running errands, so please leave a message if we do not answer and we will return your call promptly.  We can also be reached on our cell phones at 281.630.2522 or 832.289.4435.

• To make a reservation we will need your name, telephone number, date of arrival/departure, approximate time of arrival, and credit card number (guarantee of room's)).

• Texas Hotel/Motel tax is 17% of your nightly rate. 

• Children over the age of six (6) are welcome in the Inn for overnight accommodations.  Children of any age are welcome for weddings/receptions or events as long as they are supervised by an adult at all times.

• Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Cancellation policy during holidays and special events may be longer, please inquire.  Also please inquire as to cancellation policy for groups that book all rooms in the Inn.

• Check In Time:    3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Special arrangements can be made for a earlier or later check in time.

• Check Out Time:    By 12:00 p.m. on scheduled date of departure.
  

• Sara's is a non-smoking facility.  Smoking permitted only in outside areas and balconies. 
   

• Candles, incense, smoking, pipes, cigars or anything that burns is absolutely not permitted here at Sara's.  Our fire system is very sensitive and will sound in the event of smoking or the burning of candles or incense. If this policy is violated a $200.00 fine will be assessed.

• Accommodations:  When booking a room here at Sara's it is for overnight accommodations only for up to two people; not for parties, events, bachelorette / bachelor gatherings, weddings, receptions.  
   

• Rose Petals:  Not allowed - they stain the carpets and bedding.
  

• Pets:  Sorry, no pets allowed.  Violations will be charged a rate of $100 in order to disinfect, exterminate and clean to area - no exceptions!

• Stairs and Safety:  Here at Sara's there are several stairs to navigate.  If you have special concerns please ask ahead of time.  We have two main floor rooms if stairs are a concern. 
   

• Maximum Room Rates can apply during special circumstances, and/or events.  Maximum Room Rates range from $150 to $500 per night. 
   

• If you have questions or concerns not listed in our policies please ask ahead of time.
